How to prepare your vehicle
Clear personal belongings from the cabin and boot where possible — it lets us reach every carpet and seat edge. Remove child seats and valuables. If you have a particular stain or area of concern, leave a note with the booking so we bring the right products.
What happens on the day
Your detailer arrives in a fully equipped van, inspects the paint, and runs through what's included before starting. You're free to carry on with your day; we only need access to the vehicle.
Bad weather and rebooking
Light rain is fine — we carry quick-erect gazebos for exterior work. If conditions become genuinely unsafe, we contact you to reschedule at no cost.
